Cashflow Manager Version 10 is here!

We are excited to announce the arrival of Version 10 of Cashflow Manager, Cashflow Manager GOLD and Wages Manager.
The new features in Version 10 will help our small businesses save hours of time with their bookkeeping as well as keeping them compliant with the Australian Tax Office.
The help files that are included with your Version 10 software provide detailed instructions on how to operate the software, so please refer to these files before you get started.
Key new features:
CASHFLOW MANAGER
Keyless data entry for money in and money out
You are able to simply match the entries on your bank file with your customers and suppliers, then auto-allocate receipts and payments to the appropriate income and expense columns. Once set up, you don’t ever have to enter money in or money out again. Just import your bank file and let it do the work for you.
Drill down on reports
When you preview a report in our Cashflow Manager accounting software you can click on highlighted entries and ‘drill down’ to see more detail (i.e. the elements that make up the report). If you need to make a change, you can do it right there in the report, without having to exit the report and go back to Money In, Money Out, Invoice or Wages.
Font Resizing
If you have a high resolution monitor, or just want to see your entries a little larger on the screen, you can now resize fonts.
INVOICE MANAGER
Import Lists
We have made it easier for you to import supplier price and inventory lists by providing a simple template method that allows you to copy the data across from the supplier and upload directly to Cashflow Manager.
WAGES MANAGER
SuperStream reporting
The ATO has made it compulsory for all businesses with employees to pay superannuation via SuperStream from 1 July 2016. Payroll software makes it easy to comply with these requirements. You are able to create a SuperStream Alternative File Format (SAFF), which you can then upload to the clearing house of your choice, and make one single payment. You will need to have your Member ID and Version 10 CD Key ready in order to unlock the program. Once the program is unlocked you can import your files from previous versions.

I have version 7.5 but it will not track over to 2021. what is the solution
Hi Keith, Unfortunately all prior versions are now obsolete and unsupported. You can subscribe to the latest version to continue working in 2021.
how to create a SuperStream Alternative File Format (SAFF)?

I have just purchased upgrade and when I try to download, I have a problem. It keeps informing me that I have the wrong CD key.
I have checked several times and I cant see the problem.

I have Cashflow manager 7.5. Today my laptop isnt working anymore. I didnt backup . I am buying a new computer, is there a way of transferring the cashflow manager into the new laptop?
I have an older version of cashflow manager and am looking to update to version 10 soon. My question is; we are also looking at updating our laptop in the near future, will i be able to transfer & install the version 10 onto new laptop after installing onto current laptop?

Thanks for your question.
You will be able to install your Version 10 software onto the new laptop, yes.
Make sure you uninstall it from the old laptop before you try to install it on the new machine. You will need to have your product unlocking codes handy as well.
Please also ensure you have an up to date back-up saved before you make the switch so you don’t lose any important information!

I have bought a new version of cashflow manager and received my disk as yet not installed it and have now bought a new laptop that doesnt have a CD ROM can i download a file online then in put my product key?

Yes you can just download the product you have purchased online and enter your CD key!

Hi I am an existing member and I have tried to download version 10 but are unable to can you send out a CD rom.
Can you get version 10 compatible for a Mac.

There is currently no Mac version of Cashflow Manager, however I have installed Windows on my Mac and run Cashflow Manager successfully in that way.
