Janome Sewing Solutions was opened in 1993 by Mark and Alison Rogers, sparked by a passion for sewing and a desire to succeed in their own business.  The store in the southern area of Adelaide sells Janome sewing equipment, thread, fabric and spare parts.

They also service all brands of sewing equipment. Mark and Alison enjoy the variety of customers they are able to service, from fashion design students through to retirees who sew as a hobby.

After 23 years in the business, Mark and Alison know the value of customer service.

“Our mission statement is very simple. Provide the best product, matched to the customers needs and then back up that purchase with unrivalled support.”

Mark and Alison began using Cashflow Manager when they first started their business 23 years ago.

“We used a paper version Cashflow Manager on the advice of our accountant when we opened our shop. We have since progressed through to the current version.”

The couple appreciate how easy Cashflow Manager is to use, as they don’t know much about accounting.
