How soon can I migrate to Reckon Payroll?

Exciting news! Migration to Reckon Payroll is already available for Wages 1-4 and Wages Manager subscribers. Reach out to Cashflow Manager Customer Engagement Team on 08 8275 2000 for more information on the migration process, and to better understand your requirements. The migration itself is a streamlined process and takes 3 - 5 business days for payroll only migrations.

Who will I contact for support?

For all questions and support including migration, please contact Cashflow Manager Customer Engagement Team who will be with you every step of the way. You will only move to Reckon support once you have migrated and been using Reckon Payroll for a full month.

Will my current price change?

Your current software price may change and will most likely decrease. Rest assured, Reckon's plans are competitively priced and offer great value, comparable to your current Cashflow Manager setup.

Will there be a difference in functionality and usability?

Reckon Payroll offers similar features, ensuring a smooth transition to a new solution. Check the feature set comparison table to understand how it aligns with your business needs.

Is there a cost to migrate my data to Reckon Payroll?

Reckon will fully subsidise standard migrations, making them cost-free.

What data is included in a standard migration?
A standard payroll migration includes the following data.

  • Current Financial Year YTD figures for employees
  • Company Details (Contact Details, Business Details, etc)
  • Employee Details (Contact Details, Pay Details, Superannuation etc)
  • Created Pay Items (e.g. Allowances, Salary Sacrifice, Custom Rates)
  • Current YTD Leave Balances
  • Superannuation List (including ABN, USI details)

Please note items such as historical payslips are not imported as part of the migration, however you will be provided with free read only access to Cashflow Manager for 2 years, so you can access this information if needed.

What onboarding and training do you provide to learn Reckon Payroll?

Cashflow Manager Customer Engagement team will provide you with an onboarding session once your data has been migrated. You will also have access to training through Reckon with a range of webinars, YouTube videos, and onboarding emails. Once you have completed your first month with Reckon Payroll you will also have access to the dedicated customer support team at Reckon.
