Changes to our pricing structure

April 2020

From 14th April 2020, we are changing our pricing structure to a single business entity model.

Why are we changing our prices?

Cashflow Manager has been providing simple, easy to use accounting software for 30 years, supporting over 400,000 small business owners across Australia. Our goal is to instill independent business owners with self-belief, empowering them to take bookkeeping into their own hands and focus on what truly matters: their business.

As the Australian Tax Office (ATO) continues the rollout of digital standard business reporting (SBR), we are required to make changes to the software that you love to ensure you stay compliant with ATO reporting obligations.

2020 will see two significant changes from the ATO:

  • The taxable payment reporting systems (TPRS) will be expanding into additional sectors
  • AUSkey will be retired on March 31st 2020 to make way for MyGovID & Relationship Authentication Manager (RAM)

These changes have resulted in the need for Cashflow Manager to adapt our model to make sure you continue to have a seamless experience, report on time, and stay compliant with ATO reporting requirements.

What will this look like?

To make this change as smooth as possible, we have created a pricing model based on a Cashflow Manager monthly subscription. All additional Business Entities will be billed pro-rata against the original subscription renewal date.
