Free 1-Hour Bookkeeping Support Offer

Terms and Conditions for IC Members

As a trusted advisor, you agree to participate in Cashflow Manager's Free 1-Hour Bookkeeping Support Offer between February 1st and February 28th, 2025. The following terms and expectations define your role in delivering this support: 

  1. Offer Overview: 

You will provide a 1-hour bookkeeping support session for February BAS preparation, reimbursed by Cashflow Manager, for eligible clients who purchase or upgrade to Cashflow Manager Gold annual subscription.

A. Bookkeeping Services:  

  • Data Entry 

  • Bank Reconciliation 

  • Accounts Payable/Receivable 

  • Payroll Processing 

  • Expense Tracking 

  • Cash Flow Management 

  • General Ledger Maintenance 

  • Financial Reporting 

  • Budgeting and Forecasting 

  • Inventory Management 

  • Compliance Management 


B. BAS Preparation: 

  • GST Calculation 

  • PAYG Withholding 

  • PAYG Instalments 

  • Fuel Tax Credits 

  • Fringe Benefits Tax (FBT) 

  • Lodging BAS Statements 

  • BAS Reconciliation

  • ATO Compliance


  1. Advisor Responsibilities:  

  • Submit a list of clients who have purchased or upgraded to Cashflow Manager Gold. The Cashflow Manager team will validate their eligibility and provide approval to proceed.
  • Upon approval, coordinate with your clients to deliver the free 1-hour bookkeeping support session. 
  • Maintain open communication with the Cashflow Manager team regarding scheduling, session outcomes, and any challenges or concerns.
  • Review the client’s account and any relevant details before the session to ensure efficient use of time. 
  • Adhere to the time limitations and service scope defined for this offer. 
  • Any services offered beyond the free 1-hour support must be charged at your standard rates. 
  • Provide an invoice detailing the services covered during the session. Invoices must be submitted after the session, and payment will be made within 30 days of receipt. 
  • Maintain professionalism and adhere to your client service standards in all interactions.

  1. Session Guidelines: 

  • Time Limit: Each session is strictly limited to one hour. Ensure the client’s chosen focus area is addressed within this timeframe. Guidance can be provided if the client is unsure of what to focus on, but the final decision should be theirs.
  • Hourly Rate: Your rate for the session must not exceed $120 per hour. 
  • Additional Hours: If the client requires more than one hour of support, they may purchase additional time directly from you at their own cost. 
  • Scheduling: You are responsible for coordinating with clients to schedule the session within the redemption period (February 1st – February 28th, 2025), subject to your availability and the client’s preferences. 

  1. Non-Transferable: 

The free 1-hour bookkeeping support session is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or substituted for other services.

  1. Unused Time

    Any unused portion of the hour will not carry over or be scheduled for a later date.

  2. Compliance: 

Ensure all support provided complies with ATO (Australian Taxation Office) and bookkeeping standards. For needs outside the scope of this offer or requiring in-depth assistance, clients should be referred to your paid services.   

  1. Modifications and Termination of Offer: 
    Cashflow Manager reserves the right to modify or cancel this offer at any time without notice. In cases of suspected abuse or fraud, advisors will be notified immediately. 

  1. Subscription Terms:  
    All subscriptions to Cashflow Manager Gold are subject to Cashflow Manager’s standard subscription terms and conditionsCancellation of the subscription will result in the forfeiture of the free 1-hour bookkeeping support if it has not yet been redeemed. 

    By participating as an advisor in this offer, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
